SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Just as all customers are required to agree to our terms and conditions, we have set out some areas which we guarantee to all customers.

1. Hosting Service：ServerZoo will try best to help customers maintain servers' functionality ans stability including server setup, security,monitoring,maintenace,failure recovery, failure hardware relpacement and server resources control.

2. Service EXclude ：Scripts Debugs, forum setup,programming and programming turtoring.

3. ServerZOo remains the right to modify this agreements at any time without prior notice.
